Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout once you enter your address, before you pay. Delivery is paid for by the customer and is added to your order total.

Delivery options

Pudo Locker: collect your order from a Pudo locker near you. If you choose this option, you will be asked at checkout which locker you would like it sent to.
Door delivery: delivered to your address by courier, available outside of Tzaneen.
Local delivery: for addresses in and around Tzaneen, local options are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment being received. Courier delivery usually takes a further 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you are. These are estimates, not guarantees, and couriers can be delayed by weather, public holidays and high volumes.

Where tracking is available, we will send you the tracking details by email.

Your address

Please check that your name, phone number and address are correct before you pay. A courier may need to call you on delivery, so use a number you can answer. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived when expected, email us at hello@greenplace.co.za as soon as you can with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We will sort it out with the courier and either resend or refund your order, as set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
